In honour of the 3 Wise Men, the Zoroastrian Magi, who
came from my country of Persia, and rejoiced the birth of Christ, Jesus
the Messiah, I have hand-carved, and hand-made Star of Bethlehem.

In fact, it was my beloved mother who taught me to shape the
pastry with simple, flowing, rhythmic and uniform pinches around the
pastry
dough!
